How to Convert Images to PDF

Combine one or more images into a single PDF document for online submission.

When do you need image to PDF conversion?

Many online portals and government forms ask you to upload documents as PDF files rather than images. PDFs keep the layout consistent across devices and are easier to print.

You might need to convert a scanned signature, a photo of an ID, or a screenshot of a document into a PDF before uploading.

How to convert images to PDF

1. Open the Image to PDF tool.

2. Upload your images. You can add multiple images at once.

3. Choose the page size: A4, Letter, or Fit to image.

4. Select orientation and image fit mode.

5. Click 'Convert to PDF' and download the resulting file.

Page size recommendations

Use A4 for most international forms. Use Letter for forms in the United States and Canada. Use Fit to image if you want each PDF page to match the exact dimensions of the source image.

If your images are much smaller than A4, choose 'Contain' to keep the full image visible with margins, or 'Cover' to fill the page and crop the edges.
