How to use page ranges
Use commas to separate individual pages: 1,3,5
Use commas to separate pages and hyphens for ranges. Example: `1,3,5-8,12` extracts pages 1, 3, 5 through 8, and 12.
Use hyphens for ranges: 1-5 means pages 1 through 5
Pages are numbered starting from 1 (the first page). All ranges are inclusive.
Combine both: 1-3,7,10-12

In "all pages" mode, the remove field lets you exclude specific pages from the result.
